We need contact details of our online customers as we would like to get back to you to discuss our services. The website also collects your IP however all we see on our end is your approximate location. This helps us better tailor our services for you if you are outside our physical supply area.

Our company uses website builder. Your information will be held on secure WIX severs behind a firewall and on our secured and protected business devices. Our personal business devices all have third party internet protection. We only use your information to contact you and provide our services.

Any payments made through PayPal will be stored on their website so please refer to their privacy policy as it is separate to ours. If bank transfer is used, details of the transaction is stored for our financial records and by our banks. This information is kept for taxation purposes and we will not disclose or sell your information to any third party.


How may you withdraw consent to your information?

If you don’t want your information stored in our systems anymore, you may email us at with the relevant subject line. Please note any information that has been stored in invoices and records of payments will be impossible to delete due to legal requirements on our part. To the best of our ability, your information will be deleted from our devices and servers.
